Good experience with Doctor Mamata and treatment throughout the way it completed. Especially caring and kind approach towards patients. But staff has to be trained on the ways of treating patients and their concerns. Happy to know Dr. Mamata has already taken Swift response on my concern and resolved. Thank you so much .

First time we visited this hospital for my mom cataract operation who is aged 79. Through prysten care. She last her left eye sight. For left eye painless cataract treatment they have given during the month of January 23. Ofter three months we have visited same hospital yesterday for my mother right eye. Dr. Arpitha reddy attended the case. From starting of eye operation mom experienced pain of eye and head. They have given dolo 650 and diamox two tablets, pveron injection. But her symptoms increased. She feltgiddiness and volmting sensation. I asked for bed pan. Nut they told not there. I asked to keep glucose to her. But they told don't know. This time we faced worst experience. At the time of return she told cataract is in advance stage. If it is in advance stage and not sbles to trest mrans tjey have to leave the case. Wby tjey hsve sytenfed snd made complicated. Upto now also my mom is not in consciousness. I requesting stsff don't play witj feelings of patients.

Very good, patient hearing and professional eye specialist. I hv undergone cataract surgery for both eyes n her treatment is the best. My mum also got operated the eye surgery by the doctor. I would prefer to suggest my friends n colleages to go to Dr Arpitha Reddy for eye related problems and surgeries.

We have got our parents cataract surgery done at Thinkeye hospital for both the eyes. The process was very smooth and the staff was very caring. My wife underwent a cataract surgery for both eyes with Dr.Mamta Reddy garu, in the year November 2024 with the gap of one week. she is well experienced, feels like our family doctor.
