Booked a specs on 27th December. Paid full amount with no discount. Receipt no : A1B0015042. I was told 4 days to get the specs. It’s been 8 days and still no update. I keep calling them and they just give me excuses - it’s in ‘fitting’. It’s in QA etc.

Less collection. But good in service. It has parking and not so crowded. Sales person assists well here with their limited knowledge to their own collection. For repair and service they have their mechanic very rarely available. Better call and go there if you need any service. In peak hours 4 wheeler parking will be a trouble.

The store can be easily identified from the main road itself. The store is very spacious. The service provided over there is very good. There is no service charge for the products of titan family like watches and Eyewear.

The people in the store are very knowledgeable in suggesting appropriate glass as per need and requirements. I have purchased a couple of frames which are perfect for my face. The only concern is that glass prices are expensive and it requires a week's time to deliver. Thanks Team.

I have been a regular at this store for some 5+ years now. At first i had been a very satisfied customer. But lately the trouble that i am having to face for my kid's specs is unimaginable. I ordered 2 pairs of specs for my daughter in the month of June/July from this store. The store insisted on taking the get free lens with every frame offer however the lens that was delivered was defective. It had a sloping plane and both me and my daughter experienced the inclination. I returned the specs for redo but the next specs that was delivered had the same problem. Dissatisfied and disappointed i asked for a refund which i have not yet received and even after 2+ months they are denying the refund. Their statement is that they have delivered the best lens and frame and delay is beyond 6months for which they cannot proceed with the refund. This is entirely unacceptable and I have come to terms that the Rs. 2000 that i spent at this store is forfeited. However so many customers and so many kids they are catering to, all need to know what kind of policies the Titan company has adapted to after the sad demise of Sir. Ratan Tata ji. May his soul rest in peace but who ever is running the company now has decided to keep on with bad business policies and forego good customers. So all beware!

they have good frame collection. But, worst customer service. If anything happen to your frame even after the next day of purchase, the only alternative they gave is to buy new one. It happened to me twice with in the span of 6 months(1st one <3months, 2nd one <6months). a day to remember. I stopped using titan eye+ final verdict=> high price, less life span, low quality.
