I’ve been to a few optics stores in Hyderabad before Tiya lens and the rest simply can’t compare - Tiya lens has such a nice selection of glasses (and so reasonably priced!) but what really had me sold was their staff. They were the most helpful, patient and kind people I’ve come across! Their professional advice on which glasses would suit my face best was so valuable and you could tell they genuinely had the customer’s best interest at heart. I could not recommend them, or this place, enough!!

I purchased a pair of vintage sunglasses on other optical. I needed to have the lenses replaced to non-prescription as soon as possible. One place quoted me some charges with a 24-hour return; another did not give me a price quote, but told me it would take 7 to 10 days to have the lenses replaced. Tiya lens optical charged reasonable  price for the entire work and I had my sunglasses back to me within two hours. On top of everything, the customer service was excellent! Tiya lens Optical  is definitely worth doing business with! Thank you for a great job!

Love, love, love my new frames and Tiya lens. When I went in the first time I was quickly met and an associate helped me find what I was looking for and ultimately pick my frames. I chose the blue light filtering lenses the first time and didn't love them. I wanted to exchange the glasses and have the regular lenses instead and it was totally easy, quick and convenient. Getting lenses ought to be kind of a chore but I actually love coming here.  They do such a great job, and they're totally knowledgeable and very accommodating.  They pay close attention to detail by making sure your glasses are properly adjusted and fully cleaned before you leave.  The service is somehow both extremely quick and extremely affordable.  Its a clear winner.

The Clinic Eye wear was all set up for social distancing and was kept clean and sanitized between all clients. Doctor was great to work with and offered some great suggestions on new and better products for me. The office manager was amazing and helped us figure out our complicated insurance issues. Everyone there worked together to make the visit awesome!

They also explain various options of lenses for every budget and have great customer Value and service post purchase.Their eye testing is also very accurate and its history recommend for all your Eyewear needs.
