Titan Eye+ at Wyra Road, Khammam

This review is for spectacles - Sunglasses , Watches and repairs are very good here though. My son has a high prescription : -8 plus on one eye and -9.5 on other. On that day, I spent a lot of time in the store, bought 2 watches worth Rs 10,000, Sunglasses worth Rs 5000. Found the guys in the watch section very professional and helpful. I got the high index 1.74 Titan lens which in total costed about Rs 10,000 just for one pair of glasses. When the specs arrived I went with my son to collect but right away my son was feeling blurry vision in the right eye. I spent a total time of 1 hour in the shop and they checked even his eye power also but they kept telling that all is right with the glasses and that my son would get adjusted in few days. I was not convinced but since I could do nothing I left the place. Next day I went to a different shop and got the glasses checked again - they reversed the lens , put the right one in the left. So they missed basic Quality Checks at the lab, at the shop and even on the day when I went to collect. After 1 week they corrected this and the spectacles were ok. I wrote an email to the company and wanted their CEO to say sorry for this but never received a response from the CEO The response I got was " Hope you have received the product in good condition, we have taken this as feedback and informed the relevant team." I have lost all respect on Titan, it was not due to the fault but the absolutely "I dont care attitude" from the CEO. Not what Ratan Tata would be proud of but I have now come to reality about how Titan is now.

Recently we visited Titan eye plus khammam store. The store was looking very nice.the staff behaviour is very good. Sandhya suggest by eye testing to me

⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️ Be very careful if you are going for lens change. They care only about lens, not about your frame. They almost tried to ruin my frame. Luckily I was present while the technician was trying to ruin my frame so I was able to save it. He was rude and doesn't understand the value of the frame. I purchased a temporary lens which costed me around 700, they were excellent. My real lens costed me 4699. Which were the worst kind possible. Useless and doesn't have all the mentioned reflective coatings. Looks like they are not original. Something spooky is happening here. Manager was not available to report this. I hope Titan people can read this. Apart from the technician, people who recieved me are polite and open for helping me find sufficient information. But what's the point we are going there glasses not small talk right? I suggest avoid this place or be very cautious.

We visited Titan Store for Watches but the staff were suggested us Free Eye Testing. Their Eye Testing is very Nice and they are following 20 steps for Accurate Eyetesting. The Staff are very Friendly and they are very Experts in Optical Knowledge. We placed Orders for Entire Family. We are very Happy. Thank you so much for Titan.
