I took an appointment with Dr Sri Valli and walked in. Mr. "Don't care" in the reception lobby was so busy swiping up on his reels as no one was no patients. Then he sees me and slowly settles down in front his computer while still swiping up on his reels. Then when he gave me the permission to speak by asking my contact number. I told him twice but he couldn't hear me. Why? The volume on his reels was that loud and he couldn't hear me. Then instead of stopping and paying attention to me, he swiped up again. That's when I lost it and had to ask him if he will continue watching his reels or listen to me. His response was classic. Witha attitude on his face and in telugu he's like " I should be allowed to reduce the volume atleast right". It's attitude like this which shuts down businesses. Fix him and fix your ways of attending to your patients. I'll never ever go to this hospital again. Neither do I recommend this to anyone. I strongly recommend not to go there. I had to just walk away from my appointment and go to Maxivision. Thanks for nothing A.L.E. hospitals. Keep doing the same work and soon you'll lose the existing patient base too.

Thanks to this Hospital, we got very good treatment and I'm writing this feedback after 2 months of my dad's cataract surgery. First, well coordination from Ramesh and excellent treatment from Dr Suresh. He patiently listens and explains very well. I truly recommend for others.
