Pristyn Care

Worst staff ever. Specifically booked my appointment for 430 PM because i had other personal engagements but made me wait for 30-40 mins and when asked about the doctor, the receptionist was really rude.

This review is not about the doctor, doctor vishwanath is really super and fantastic I'll give 5 star for him. But pristyn care cheats people and loots money. I already informed them before my surgery that it won't cover my insurance, they said sir we got approval you can go ahead, later my surgery the claim got declined 6 times and without any information or discussion they debited 45k from my account. This is call stupidity of pristyn care people so I suggest pls don't go through this cheating pristyn care go through some other good one .

Doesn't even worth 1 star. Don't even think of going through pristyn care through your insurance. Please visit a nice hospital first and then talk to internal insurance guys and get your job done. The main issues with this pristyn care service are as below. 1. The hospital they chose will be very basic and has very minimal sanity 2. The hospital staff does inform or take care of you because you got through pristyn care 3. They don't inform surgery time or discharge time clearly ( they will play with your patience) 4. They are very slow with the process of getting discharged. The hospital only releases you once they get their bills settled with insurance.. Even after reading all the above scenarios, if you still want to die.. pristyn care is your choice.

First of all I thank Pristyn Care for providing the BEST Dr. Shilpa Srivastava ENT Surgeon for my Septoplasty, Turbinoplasty and FESS on 2nd of August 2024. I am thankful to Doctor Madam for giving the details about my Sinusitis problem and suggested me to go for the surgery. Her expertise in the field and dedication towards the operating protocols and post operation advices are beneficial and ultimate. Thanks a lot Madam from the bottom of my Heart for all the moral support and Treatment. Last but not the least I appreciate the services rendered by Mr.Sanjeev Reddy, co ordinator from Pristyn Care during the process of Surgery.🙏

Dr Shilpa is so so good and my cough problem resolved within a 1 week of medicine and for same type of cough problem when I consulted the other doctor 2 years ago he charged me around 9k with including reports no passtibe results but she just given Rs 300/- medicine and now I'm good. And other part she suggested that I have to go for some small surgery

Recently gone through my Sebaceous Cyst excision surgery. Team is very proactive in handling the process. Faced some issues with the hospital before getting admitted. But thanks to the Pristyn care team, they were very proactive and prompt in resolving the issues. Very helpful team.

The support team had taken care of me very well till the time of reached home. The hospital was very far from my home it took an hour to reach.and not that good facilities available there. The room too ordinary and torn curtains installed. However the Doctor treated me was well experienced and skilled.
