Titan Eye+ at Sarath City Mall, Hyderabad

Horrible customer care, horrible warranty service, and horrible product quality. I purchased a pair of glasses very recently, which was broken spontaneously. When I raised a query, there is no proper response from the staff here.

I am extremely disappointed with the service and quality of frames at Titan Eye Plus. We purchased progressive specs from them, which were quite expensive, expecting top-notch quality. However, the frames started getting loose day by day. When we approached them to correct or replace the frames, they refused to take any responsibility. Each time we visited, they simply suggested changing the frame and charged us again, yet the issue persists. There is no permanent resolution, and the lack of accountability from their end is frustrating. For a brand like Titan, this is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for quality eyewear and reliable service.

This store is located on the ground floor of Sarath City Mall. The store has a wide range of collection in Titan eye brands and other premium brands. The staff are attentive, and the service is good. We had a good experience.

I was to have got a call for my reading specs given 5 days back. Till now no call or update not is store picking landline number given on receipt. Is this the titan service?

One of the nose pad of my specs fell off. I was wondering what to do though I was wearing the specs with little difficulty. I happened to visit Titan Eye + in ABN Mall Kondapur and asked the service I/c if this can be repaired. He took the specs inside the service area and returned on a few minutes. He has put new nose pads and when I asked about charges he said it is complementary. Indeed a great gesture from the gentleman and thanks to Titan for empowering their employees.

Bought my 3rd pair of these specs from the Titan Eyeplus showroom in Sarath City Mall. Likes: 1. Helpful staff 2. Easy to reach location 3. Affordable rates 4. Multiple types of lens materials available 5. Fast turnaround time for specs delivery Dislikes: 1. They need to store more variety of frames 2. They need to tell about better lens materials at the time of sale. I didn't know that they sold Zeiss lenses as well. Came to know only when I asked later when I went to pickup my specs. 4. Nightmare parking scenario during evenings and weekends.

I placed an order for a Spectacle with progressive lenses at Titan Eyeplus located at ground floor of Sarath City Mall Gochibowli Hyderabad. Proper eye testing was done there. But the delivered specs are defective. When working before my laptop, the screen is appearing in Truncated shape. The keyboard is appearing very large, screen base is appearing large & the screen top is appearing smaller. From keyboard to screen top are appearing narrower gradually & whole laptop is appearing truncated. The lenses are not giving progressive views. In fact whatever I am seeing whether it is open laptop or a notice in notice board or Org chart in wall, etc. I am seeing everything as Truncated one.
