From the moment we walked in, we were treated with care and compassion by everyone on the staff. Counsellor Shobha Madam: She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to understand my dad's needs and answer all of our questions. She was very knowledgeable and made us feel at ease. Renuka Garu: The nurse who took care of my dad after surgery was kind, polite, and had a wonderful smile. She made sure he was comfortable and answered all of our questions. Prasanti Garu: The housekeeping lady was so welcoming and friendly. She made sure our room was clean and comfortable. Manager Prasad Garu: He was very professional and helpful. He made sure everything ran smoothly and that we were happy with our experience. Dr. Sujana: The surgeon who performed my dad's surgery was excellent. She is a highly skilled doctor with a lot of experience. She explained the procedure to us in detail and answered all of our questions. She was also very kind and compassionate. Overall, I am so grateful for the care we received at Smartvision Eye Hospital. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for excellent eye care. My father recently underwent cataract surgery at this hospital, and the procedure was highly successful. He is now able to see clearly without any issues. Excellent treatment and very good hospitality. Staff is very co-operative and receives everyone with a kind smile. Counselor Ms. Sobha is very supportive in all aspects right from surgery planning till discharge . Dr. NIKHIL KAMBLEE is well experienced and he does any critical surgery with ease. Staff and the doctors are very friendly and provided good guidance to my mother’s cataract issue. Followed all safe procedures and tests knowing pre existing diabetic condition and given best treatment. Cataract surgery also went well and its painless procedure with advanced techniques. Also team followup after surgery also good.

Very Important - Please Read Before Visiting I visited Smart Vision for an eye power check. They used eye drops multiple times, and during the second dose, I felt a burning sensation in my left eye. They said it was normal and asked me to keep my eyes closed. After almost one hour, they took me to the doctor. When I opened my eyes, my vision was completely blurry. The doctor did a normal eye power check and said the blurriness was due to the drops, and it would go away in 3–4 hours. She also advised me not to go out in sunlight or ride during that time. However, even after several hours, I couldn’t see clearly — not even my own face in the mirror. The next day, I called and revisited. The doctor then said it might be an allergic reaction to the drops they used, and gave me another eye drop costing ₹525 for 10 days. I used it regularly, but there is still no improvement. My left eye keeps watering, and it feels like something is stuck inside — very disturbing. I’m truly disappointed with the experience and do not wish to visit them again.

I Recommend Smart vision Eye hospital at Madinaguda branch is very good in all respects especially in surgery. All staff are very good and service motive with patience and maintaining good relation with patients.
