Titan Eye+ at Madeenaguda, Hyderabad

I visited the store to get a new pair of glasses. I chose titan for the first time. The staff is okay to recommend the frames but free eye testing completely went wrong there. They gave prescription and subsequently after using the glasses for a week my eyes started pain and deep strain. Later I visited doctor and stated that prescribed glasses were wrong and gave new prescription. With that I went back to store, however they accepted their mistake with no arguments and reordered the glasses with 2 weeks time delay. Overall experience is okay, except with eye testing. They also take time to deliver the glasses.

Excellent service. Specialist Umair was very helpful and also went the extra mile to clean the frames I got in for fixing. After the renovation this Titan eye has a very good selection..strongly recommend this place to try. Ample parking in front of the shop available also.
