Sri Shankara Nethralaya Eye Hospital

Went for my eye checkup (Blurriness in my right eye) and reached Dr. Naveen Nukala) for the first time. The consultation fee was ₹800, and jr doctor or some guy in intership i think he checked and put some drops in both eyes , ( wrong drops were given) after one hr mr. Naveen examined the eyes, we Spent 4000/- on glasses only. With the new glasses, blurriness was still there . Then i went again because my issue was not resolved. That time they started blaming us Sometimes they were saying there was an issue in cornea, sometimes in my retina and sometimes my change in vision. The explanations are inconsistent improper and irrespect. Not at all satisfied with their approach, resolution. Total waste of money and my time and health . These guys are playing with eyes and health . I wont sugest mr naveen nukala and shankar netralaya hospital, Please try to find out other alternatives if you have this hospital in mind. Complete commercial hospital looting publicly. 0 star.

The consultation fee was ₹800, and they suggested to put an eye drop for itchiness and for blurriness they told my number is increased and suggested to make new glasses. Spent 3700/- on glasses only. With the new glasses, blurriness was still there . Then i went again because my issue was not resolved. That time they started saying that we didn't suggest you to make new glasses. Sometimes they were saying there was an issue in cornea, sometimes in my retina and sometimes my change in vision. The explanations are inconsistent . Not at all satisfied with their approach, resolution. Total waste of money and my time. Please try to find out other alternatives if you have this hospital in mind. I visited for my mother’s eye issue. The consultation fee was ₹800, and they suggested a scan costing ₹7000. Not fully satisfied with their approach, we went to another hospital the same day, where the OP fee was ₹400 and the scan was ₹1500—much more affordable. Overall, I felt other options offered similar care at a better price.

Our experience with sri shankara nethralaya has been fantastic. Dr. Srinivas garu, the entire team including support staff are absolutely fantastic and extremely professional. Both my parents got cataract done on both eyes at this hospital and we are really grateful for the whole team 🙏 thank you!

I have visited this hospital for the first time..... I came with redness and irritation.... I went near doctor... The doctor explained very well about my problem... The management and staff is also soo good.

I got my catarct sugery.. The entire procedure was absolutely smooth and without any painless and quick recovery. Thank you Dr. Srinivas thathipally and his team.

One of the worst hospitals! They told me to come at 6:00 PM, but then said the hospital would close by 7:00 PM and asked me to come tomorrow. This happened a couple of times. Worst reception and management.

Visited today for my daughter and myself, Dr. Srinivas sir and Dr. Susma madam are highly experienced and knowledgeable, i need to appreciate their patience and support.
