First of all I was a Titan Eye plus user, I was looking for an alternative as the service at this store became pathetic and I found this lenskart store much better than titan, they have good range of frames and the quality of lenses has improved a lot. Store sales people were well knowledgeable and were able to attend to me with a variety of options.

I recently picked up 2 pairs of spectacles and a pair of shades. The staff is on time and courteous. I would recommend anyone to take the gold membership and avail the buy one get one offer. Overall, it's a good place to get spectacles with a good variety of frames.

Sai is very helpful.. I went to two other branches before coming to this branch. He solved the issue with my glass screw which other two branches were not able to.. Thanks Team

Great store! I’d rate it 4.5 if I could. The customer service is good, but it could use a stronger customer-first attitude. I went in around 9:45 AM today to pick up my order, and the staff seemed reluctant to help since I was a bit early, even though the store was open. Not sure why that was the case

Service was very good. I went to here for my Eye test. They did it better and very fast than outside test centers. Overall good.....
