I recently visited the Lenskart store at Tolichowki and interacted with Mr. Adil. I was impressed by his professional approach towards customers. He greeted every customer warmly and ensured no one was unattended. His communication skills and the way he explained the products and offers were excellent. I truly appreciate his dedication and customer handling skills. His proactive approach and attention to each customer in the store stood out. Keep up the great work, Adil.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with this store. While the staff may appear polite, they show no real interest in providing proper service. I recently purchased a pair of shades, only to discover that the lenses were loose and coming out of the frame. Despite being told the repair would take two days, it dragged on for nearly three weeks. To make things worse, when I finally got the glasses back, they were still poorly fixed, and the lenses felt like they could pop out at any moment. Even the staff admitted they could see the issue but blatantly refused to offer any help, claiming they couldn’t do anything about it. Frankly, the after-sales service here is nothing short of a nightmare. I strongly advise against wasting your money at this store. If you must buy from here, be sure to inspect the glasses thoroughly — because once you’ve paid, don’t expect any support if things go wrong. As per the response from your team sent a mail. No response even after sending a mail.

Very bad experience at this store. I went in for a small repair, but they ended up breaking my glasses frame. At first, they tried to blame me, saying it was already broken. But when I insisted that the frame was fine when I gave it to them, they finally admitted they had broken it. Then they offered me a coupon instead of fixing it properly. After that, they took 4 more days to resolve the issue. They kept delaying and said the delivery was late because of 15 minutes of rain. I had to visit the store multiple times, and they still didn’t deliver on time. In total, it took almost a week to get my glasses back. Poor service and not trustworthy.

The staff was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. The eye examination was thorough. The equipment seemed up-to-date and well-maintained, which gave me extra confidence in the accuracy of the results.
