Worst Staff, They ask you to come even before doctor arrives and makes us wait. I have waited for more than one hour, even then they were sending patients who came late and not sending in order. Not sure why the call appointments then. It's better to avoid this location if you're in emergency.

Went for a check up for my mother. The doctor is cool. Treatment is good. But the staff is very rude. They won't respect the patients and don't have punctuality and minimum discipline. They are not suitable to work in such a place where patience and discipline is important. Hope the management will look into it and take action.

I am extremely happy with Dr. Ravinder's treatment. Have been struggling with my progressive glasses for more than a year, but after going to him, now my power has been diagnosed accurately and I have the right glasses. The place has a little wait time, but I would say its worth the wait !!

First mandatory thing is we need to carry a #FACEMASK for sure. They only accept liquid cash. NO ONLINE PAYMENTS I have visited them twice. Dr. Ravinder is very good. In a simple way Dr. is like lord Krishna and people working there are shakunis and Kauravas

The dr is excellent and friendly which makes full patients tp visit though there is high no of loopholes in administration. The major issue punctuality and time. Though your name is first in list , you will end up in spending couple of hours some times your entire half day will be gone. You should visit you don't have any other engngagement. And these days they are accepting only cash which is irritating thing. Just visit for good treatment and do not expect any process.

Horrible staff!!!!! Dr ravinder is good..no doubt. But sir you need to chamge your staff. Its high time. U will loose patients if u continue the same staff. Sorry. Really horrible staff.

Very bad responce and treatment by receptionist staff. Uneducated and very rood and not having manners how to talk with pations. Reception people will do partiality while giving tokens. Not having knowledge and important of pations of emergency. In emergency on pations need to wait minimum 3 hr. Veey poor .. Very bad Waste hospital I ever seen. Just bez of staff.
