My dad was diagnosed with an advanced stage of cataract. We had previously had great experiences with my mom and mother-in-law’s surgeries at the Sri Nagar Colony branch of Smart Vision Care. However, since my dad couldn’t travel to the main branch, we opted for the new Marredpally branch, which was closer to us. From the very first call, everything was smooth and seamless. The entire team was incredibly kind and patient, consistently following up with us and guiding us step by step. Special mention goes to Mounika, who was extremely patient and helpful, addressing all our doubts and queries, and providing excellent follow-up care. The surgeon, Dr. LVK Raju, did a brilliant and quick job, especially considering my dad was very nervous. A big thank you to him. Dr. Naveen Momula was very humble and approachable, offering guidance and assurance both before and after the surgery. We would also like to thank Vaishnavi and Vishnu, who were so helpful and patient with my dad, especially since he has difficulty walking and needed a wheelchair.
