Elite Eye Hospital - Ophthalmologist in Nallagandla Hyderabad

I am writing this review to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided during my visit to Elite Eye Hospital on 12 Apr. The experience was far from acceptable, and I feel compelled to share my grievances to ensure better accountability and service for future patients. Firstly, despite booking an expensive eye test through "Connect and Heal," the hospital had no record of my booking. Instead of being upfront about the issue or clarifying if there is no tie-up with Connect and Heal, the receptionist continually involved various staff members, leaving me waiting indefinitely. This lack of organization and transparency was both frustrating and unprofessional. Additionally, I was deeply disappointed to see that every interaction initiated by the staff assumed customers to be Telugu speakers. As someone who does not speak the language, I found this assumption to be exclusionary and indicative of a lack of sensitivity toward non-Telugu-speaking patients. A more inclusive approach is essential for a hospital that serves a diverse community. The testing process itself raised several concerns. The procedure was conducted in a locked, secluded cabin on a different floor, which did not convey a sense of professionalism or patient comfort. Moreover, the staff member handling the test appeared inexperienced and was being guided by a senior individual. This made me feel like a test subject for trainees rather than a valued patient receiving quality care. Overall, the experience was dismaying, marked by poor communication, unprofessionalism, and a lack of consideration for patient comfort. Based on this visit, I can state with certainty that I will not return to Elite Eye Hospital, and I would hesitate to recommend it to others. I strongly urge you to review these concerns and take necessary steps to address these issues within your staff and processes. I hope no other patient has to face a similar experience. Not Looking forward to any response.

I was performed retina and routine eye check up at this hospital. Dr Premchand is really empathetic and very helpful. Staff was very kind and understanding as well.

Very good caring from krishna he is helped me very well. If anything needs improvement that is the front desk staff who schedule the visit without proper plans. They will say as they call you for follow up but that didn't happen until we call back and once we call back, they expect us immediately to present there.

Had a visit to the hospital for eye checkup and it was good visiting here Dr Sai Babu Sir was there to assist us and provide his valuable inputs on the issue and helped in understanding and providing his valuable feedback on the infection. A good number of patients are visiting the hospital and getting the checkups done. They do have opticals located inside the hospital and good seating arrangement for the patient's to sit and wait around for there turn.

Wonderful doctors and staff. Had a very pleasant experience here. I had gone first time for my routine eye check up. And met with Dr. Prem Chand. He is a sweet and gentle doctor who is thorough and caring. Loved my experience. I recommended it to my parent’s routine checkup and they too had a very good experience, again with Dr. Prem Chand. However my mom was recommended for the cataract surgery for both of her eyes. So we went to get started with the procedure. I must say that they all made it very smooth and simple for us. Dr Siva (the surgeon), Dr Prem Chand, Bhavani, Sai Vishwanadh, Kavitha and Manasa took care of her very well and made her feel very comfortable. They’re all kind and polite, and are aware of your health conditions. My gratitude and appreciation to them all.

I recently took my mom for a routine eye check-up at this clinic, and we had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Srinivas. He was thorough and attentive while examining her eyesight. We also purchased a pair of glasses, and Mr. Srinivas guided us through the process with exceptional friendliness. I highly recommend this place for its excellent service.
