We have approached Bhagyalatha Eye Hospital for my mother’s eye treatment. We have agreed for the package of Rs.43,000/- including all the expenses. After the surgery during bill payment through credit card they are charging 2% extra. As per my knowledge no hospitals is charging 2% for the payments through Credit Card. For this reason the response was harsh from the Doctor and medical bill was generated separately other than agreed package of Rs.43,000/-. Later my mother visited the hospital for review and the way doctor behaved was very harsh… He doesn’t have common sense how to talk to a patient. Hospital staff were far better than a doctor. “If you have doubt you should ask only once I am not here to repeat or clarify your questions again and again” This was the response from the Doctor (Mr.Varun). This attitude is not acceptable from a Doctor. Running a hospital may be a business but the way you behave with the patients is much more important. This is not a Fake Review… This is the personal experience we faced from Doctor (Mr Varun)

It was great experience, I have visited last week for my Dad eye surgery (Monofocal Lens Cataract treatment). Everything went smooth and procedure handled by Dr. Varun is much appreciated. My Dad is very happy with the treatment and he able to see the vision much much better than earlier and we all would like to say Big Thank you to Dr. Varun and entire Stuff for there sincerity towards patients and politeness'. Cost wise also reasonable as compared to many other hospitals and we are really happy with overall experience in Bhagyalatha Eye Hospital.Thanks.
