I liked the service and ambience. The store is well maintained and offered a free eye check up. The quality of frame and lens are good, I have been using them since a year.
This was a newly open store, this store very huge and having good amount of collection. The staff is good and advise you the best. The response rate is awesome. The service is really quick and easy to get service.
Staff behaviour is very polite. Excellent service. One of the staff members was not provided correct information about the wallet balance. He mentioned that it's a life time validity. Later I got to know that it's valid only for two years. Please try to improve on that part.
