I ordered frame and lens at store.....that store boy misplace my frame and not giving proper explanation...when I ask, he saying that he didn't remeber my order.😡😡 Such a irresponsible behaviour, I'm trying to contact store but no response.....worst experience.,still my problem not solved. Please take a look and slove my issue.

Recently I have ordered a spectacles from lenskart app and returned in the store to the manager of mgm road warangal later I got a message that the money is refunded but it is not there in my store credit I visited the store 2-3 times,there is no response from manager he is not staying in the store,there is no proper information in the call also he is wantedly neglecting the issue Now finally got irritated with the lenskart
One of the worst servicing nd explanation nd minimum optical knowledge is not there for the persons who are working....manager is not giving proper customer service 😔 one of the waste servicing by lenscart which I ever visit there is no patience for manager

I was at store for eyeglasses for my mother & me, there was only single executive person in store around 3:30pm & His assistance with us was quick & to the point of what we expected to get. We immediately got an eye test for both of us & ordered pair of glasses Transparent Tortoise Full Rim Rectangle Vincent Chase HD Acetate VC E11260-S-C3 Eyeglasses & Lenskart Air Black Square Medium LA E13285 C1 Clip on Eyeglasses 🕶️🕶️. I picked them very soon in a week although they called me it got early delivery, I was out of station at that time & informed same to the executive person on the call received. Lenskart made everything ease & comfy . Thank you & felt happy for the best service provided by the executive person in store ☺️ & looking forward a lot better service to all the customers visiting the store ahead..
