Dr. P. Sangeetha should learn ethics frst and treat people... She has no manners how to treat elders.. She is very rude and not suggested proper feedback clearly.. And another girl she is doing nurse duty with a doctor type attitude remove her for better customer service ... Male doctor was polite Go under his guidance and treatment but Don't go under sangeetha's consultant.. Worst doctor I have ever seen..

Staff was so bad talking very to us and scolding us to remove our slippers outside I recommend not to go to the hospital

Pathetic service. They charge very high fees (Rs 250) but do not justify it with service they provide. Extremely careless and ill-qualified staff. I have been getting eye check up done at Megur eye clinic for the past 15 years (even while the clinic was in Bidar). Dr Megur himself used to check everyone patiently and I vouched for the service, even though the waiting time used to be long. But on my recent visit to the clinic in Zaheerabad in Jan 2021, I had the worst experience. I noticed inexperienced staff everywhere. The girl who does the initial computerized checkup does the steps she is taught (She has same set of answers for any type of questions the patient asks :P). Next step is manual checkup done by a lady doctor. Her job is to exactly match the lens reading as in the computerized check. Even if you can see clearly with the reading higher than in the computerized slip, she gives arbitrary reasons but will not change the reading. Final step, I was told Dr. Megur will see me. I was happy that a final check will be done by him so as to correct my eyesight. He called me into the room and gave a printed slip which had medications prescribed. I requested him to recheck my eyesight to which he denied by imposing extreme faith on the lady doctor :P. The service has degraded badly and the Zaheerabad branch of theirs has bece a money minting machine from the poor. Not recommended at all.
