Dr Sinha seriously needs to consider changing the person who manages appointments. He doesn’t know how to speak to patients, wont pick calls on time, asks for proof when you question him why he didn’t pick calls, very bad manners. Is he working for free, why does he have an attitude?

I just don't know about the Doctor , but the person who received call is very rude and no manner at all, i call for an appointment and he shouted at me and cut the call.i just wanted to give 0 review.

Their appointment taking process is such a rubbish. Firstly, they will finally pick up the call after SEVERAL tries. Secondly, the guy who receives the call talks rudely with a high pitched voice and keeps on saying "Abhi nahi hoga baad mein karna" like bruh etiquette literally ZERO.
