P.C Chatterjee Memorial Eye Hospital

This hospital is totally fraud . My mother went there for checkup, they provided worng prescription at that time I thought it might be a mistake, but recently I went there to have a check up. I made wye glass and as a result it start paining headache when I use those glass . I had to remove those new eye glass for severe pain.NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL ,totally fraud, some people who went through eye operations in this hospital are almost BLIND today !!! ....please avoid this hospital.

I've visited this Eye Hospital quite a few times(around 5/6 times) since my childhood....the Doctors and Technicians are up to standard, excellent, outstanding and tip-top to my knowledge, but receptionist and non-medical staff are ungenial & unfriendly, it's hard to have proper and helpful conversation, they wants, crave and avarice for patients, all they want is patients as much as possible but when you arrived at the hospital, they don't care about you and didn't behave as they should have been in the first place, apart from those well behave white collar professional Doctors and Technicians, sadly this are the negative issues i faced, experience & run into pitifully.....all i hope is a better, caring, politeness and professional relationship between every patients and every medical & non-medical staff....after all, we all are human beings, we all make mistakes, but learning from them and getting better is our responsibility!!
