Eyes On Chelsea Vision Care

This was an awful experience all around. Incredibly unprofessional. Was referred and scheduled an appointment for vision therapy. Showed up and had to wait almost a full hour after our appointment time to be called back. They thought we were just new patients and tried to do an eye exam. They hadn't requested any records from the referring optometrist and had no idea why we were even there after I had explicitly made the appointment for a vision therapy consult on the recommendation of another physician. They tried to blame it on the fact that the employee that scheduled my appointment was at another location that day. Complete lack of taking responsibility for their mistake and attempting to blame others is ridiculous. Had to check out my child from school and arrange childcare for my other one only to have my time completely wasted. Oh yeah and one more thing. The exam room they took us in had the medical records of the previous patient pulled up and visible to the entire room on the computer so that's a massive HIPAA violation.

Dr. Palmer is always so through when she does my eye exam. Everyone there are so friendly and helpful. It is such a pleasure doing business with Eyes on Chelsea.

Dr. Lou and staff were AWESOME!!!!! My grandchild is 4, so I was a little nervous about the visit. But they did a great job with her. The receptionist, sorry I can't remember her name, but she was AMAZING as well. I'd recommend anyone to their office.

Had my eye exam with Dr. Jessica Palmer this week, really liked her. She is very thorough and patient. The staff in the office was fabulous, very kind and helpful.

Overall they provide good service in terms of competence and friendliness, etc but my main complaint is usually having to wait about an hour after showing up on time for our appointment before we get it

This was a great visit and checkup on my vision. I learned a lot and what to expect in the near future. I recommend these people on how good they take of your needs. Thanks Turhan Moore

Great staff, very friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful in every way and willing to answer any questions you may have. Got me in and out in a timely manner.

Everyone at Eyes on Chelsea is simply the best. I always have the best visits with Dr. Palmer and her staff; they are quick, extremely kind and communicative, and above all, always provide what I need.
