What a great team they have. Always friendly and respectful to all patients. They explain every test they are doing. Doctor explains everything about your vision and test results. It's great having this practice in Arab Alabama. My family have been patients for many years. They have a great selection of frames to choose from and are always available if you have a problem with them.

Dr Terry Reynolds has saw both my son and me. Me most recent and my son prior. Both his visit and mine were informative. Dr. Reynolds took the best care, listening to my concerns with my issues with dry eye and how I have suddenly had more vision loss recently. He took the time to look over my eyes well and diagnosed a condition I was unaware I had with my right eye that a prior doctor whom I told the same things to didn't seem to care much and did not mention it being an issue the last 2 years I saw her for my eye checkups. Dr Reynolds is passionate about the patients he cares for and enjoys his job and truly helping his patients. Yes I did wait a while before he came in to see me, but I'd wait again to get that kind of time and care every single time. He gives the time necessary to each patient and even though you may wait until when he comes in to see you, but you will be getting the best care from someone who wants to help people and make their vision better. I am young and my condition was overlooked prior and I'm beyond grateful he took the time to actually listen and care and helped me figure out what's going on with my vision. I will continue to use their office until he retires if at all possible. Great eye doctor! 10/10!

Dr. Reynolds is the best!! Very thorough during your exams and he knows exactly what's best for each patient. His experience in eye care is like no other. He is the only eye doctor I prefer! The ladies at the desk are sweet. Michelle helped me choose the right frames for my face!

First time patient. Dr. Reynolds explained the photo and health of my eye, explained cataracts and my astigmatism, and set me up with the perfect prescription for my new glasses. I was pleased with the entire visit and recommended to my husband that he switch optometrists.

From the front desk to check out, everyone was friendly, answered all of my questions, gave me all of the info I needed, made referrals and set my next appointment. They are all great. Dr. Terry Reynolds is easy to talk to and explained everything going on with my vision in such a way that I could understand without feeling completely stupid and I certainly appreciate that.
