The Bay Minette office is an exceptional place to have your eyes examined. All the employees are professional, knowledgeable,and friendly. Dr. Nice is wonderful and you know when you're done with your exam you have been in great hands. She is extremely through. You can trust your eye care to her. Highly recommend this office. Wait was not long at all, staff was welcoming and professional and the office was well stocked with a really nice selection. Price was not bad at all and the Doctors name says it all. Doctor Nice was kind and very thorough with her examinations. She took care of Me, my wife and our daughter. I would highly recommend their office to anyone. PS did I mention how helpful and sweet her staff was

When I set my appointment I ask to make sure they take my insurance and the lady said yes. I set the appointment for two weeks out then 3 days before my appointment they call to tell me that they do not except my insurance. This is very unprofessional and aggravating I could have made an appointment with someone else had I been told that in the beginning.

I would highly recommend them. The office staff is great. The eyeglass technicians are very good.Collin, who administers all the intake tests, is very efficient. I have had glaucoma for going on 10 years now. My last appointment was the first time my eye pressure had gone down. And that is only because Dr. Nice took the time to show me how to put in my eyedrops correctly. She is a lovely young lady and spends extra time with her patients.
