Called saying I was going to be late to my appointment time of 2:30pm with Dr.White.
The nurse at this location told me I was fine and there was actually a 30 min grace period before marking someone 'no show' ... I got there at 2:45pm and was told I was already marked as a 'no show' and they couldn't see me. So I guess don't call if you're running behind!

I have been given a free hearing aid here 2 years ago in a Christmas drawing....which I understand they do every Christmas With free visits and care of the hearing aid for the life of the hearing aid.
Dr Elizabeth Hearn is the Audiologist I see, and she is so knowledgeable, and a very pleasant, friendly Dr. All staff are very nice.

I would definitely recommend Premiere Medical for eye care (including cataracts). Dr Stringer and Dr Burton are both great! Dr Burton did my cataract surgery. I had lasik 25 years ago so he had to do a little further calculations and I'm very satisfied. The optical dept there is also my go to! Bobby will make sure you are taken care of!

Optometrist spends only a few minutes with you and the Assistance do everything else including evaluating your eyes to see what corrective lens power you need. I waited over an hour my first appointment. Then, when I finally was taken back, they rushed through my appointment. They were not careful about getting the right corrective lenses for me so I had to come back a couple days later. The next appointment I waited an hour and a half, they forgot about me in a room. A lot of disorganization and inaccuracies. I will never go back. If you make an appointment plan on waiting over an hour.

Dr Burton performed my cataract surgery. He was very professional. Explained my options on lens choices and made constructive recommendations that balanced the quality of life and the out of pocket cost issues since I am on Medicare. This was appreciated.
The staff is also professional and always cheerful. Very timely in performing the services so the wait times are short when compared to many doctor offices.

I had been going to Premier Medical in Mobile for a very long time and when the Daphne location opened, since I live on the Eastern Shore I wanted to start going there for convenience sake. I was not disappointed! Lots of easy, close parking (a huge benefit when you're used to struggling with the congestion of Mobile), bright, welcoming reception area and examination rooms, friendly staff and no long waiting time. My new doctor (Burton) is great and I look forward to a long relationship with him. Couldn't be more pleased.
