When I went for my eye exam everyone was nice. That's where the positivity ends, long story short I got contacts and was having an issue with blurry vision from the moment I put them in. I was told to wear them for the rest of the day and if your still having issues this afternoon call us and we'll do something different. No problem, I called back that afternoon was told we'll get with the doctor and call you back. That went on for three Weeks. Finally one day I called and the doctor actually answered i explained the situation she apologized and said let me check yes I've ordered you some different ones and they're supposed to be in today awesome. I call back the next day at lunch no one knows anything about these ordered contacts we'll have to check with the doctor and call you back. Two more weeks of this and at this point very frustrated. I finally get someone that agrees to go ask the doctor while I'm on hold, who returns to the call and tells me they are in and I can come pick them up. I go on my lunch break grab them run back to work only to find they're the same as before. I give it the benefit of the doubt maybe there's something different i put them in and it's the same issue. My vision is worse with them in. I've tried several more times to call and resolve this issue, it's been a few months now I've paid you for nothing!

This is one of those, Best Kept Secrets". They care about you and want the best outcome for all who enter their place of business. All of the staff are approachable, knowledgeable, and professional. No time is wasted sitting and waiting to be seen. You always receive feedback and follow-ups during and after eye surgery, if you have had surgery. My husband experienced no problems during or after his surgery. The doctor my husband was referred to was exceptional. That says a lot since my husband was satisfied and agreed to eye surgery. He is always very cautious about everything, with many questions asked and answered before committing to anything that involves going to a doctor and having surgery. Thanks to everyone for their help and support in putting my husband at ease before proceeding with a very successful eye examination and surgery. The staff functioned as a team while keeping us well-informed throughout these procedures.

I moved to Helena in 2017. I started using Helena Vision Care shortly afterwards. I have always had a great experience with their services. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Dr. Jamie and all of her staff are so attentive and professional. I and my family have been going to Dr. Jamie for many years (since she came to Helena), and we have moved one hour plus drive time away and still come to her for our eye care. This should tell you how much we enjoy and trust going to her practice!

It was a great experience from scheduling the appointment as a new patient to actually seeing the doctor. There was virtually no wait time between my arrival and seeing the doctor. Dr. Reid was friendly and knowledgeable. The office equipment was state of the art. I would recommend this business to anyone who is in need of a comprehensive eye exam.

Let me preface this by saying the optometrists here are good at what they do. I've had multiple appointments at Helena Vision Care and have had no issues getting my prescription renewed. However, I have never encountered a team of receptionists as untrained and disorganized as the ones employed here. I wear glasses, and I'm genuinely grateful for that, mainly because of the overwhelmingly negative experiences my family members have had with their contact lens orders. I have two stories for you, dear reader. First, a young man ordered contact lenses and paid for them on the spot. He has now been waiting three months with zero correspondence. Thankfully, he had extras on hand, because could you imagine being unable to see for three months due to the sheer incompetence of so-called medical professionals? Second, an older gentleman also ordered contacts and had to fight tooth and nail to receive them. Two different people. Same issue. Repeat offenses. How disappointing. Looking for an eye doctor?
