Five-Star Google Review for Optician Julie Jackson During a recent hunting trip, I found myself in a terrible situation. My contact lenses ripped, and I realized I had forgotten my glasses and backup contacts back home in Virginia. The torn lenses were incredibly irritating, and I was desperate for help. I started calling eye doctors in the area, but due to my astigmatism and high prescription, no one had my lenses in stock. Thankfully, I got in touch with Ms. Julie Jackson at the Wal-Mart Vision Center. Ms. Jackson was compassionate, understanding, and determined to help. She went above and beyond, taking the time to search the store until she found a replacement pair for me. Her kindness and resourcefulness not only eased my discomfort but also saved my entire hunting trip. Ms. Jackson, I can't thank you enough! You're a true lifesaver, and your exceptional customer service deserves more than five stars. Highly recommend her and the Wal-Mart Vision Center!
