It was my first time at My Eyelab and it was a great experience. The virtual eye exam was interesting & actually easier than I thought. Brady was very helpful when it came time to picking out the correct frames (I got one pair of regular glasses & custom sunglasses) for me. They also have a great selection & are surprisingly affordable! I'll definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs new glasses and/or contacts

This was hands down the most amazing customer service experience I've ever had in an eye clinic. Brady was more than welcoming, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout my experience from walking in the door through choosing a pair of glasses that fit my needs perfectly, being versatile in both work and social environments. Brady was also knowledgeable about the biology of ocular health and explained those aspects well which I very much appreciated as well! I would recommend this clinic to everyone!

This is by far the best My Eyelab!! The customer service I received was beyond exceptional. Brady went above and beyond my expectations. Needless to say, I live in Oklahoma, but travel with work, but I will definitely go out of my way to get my eyes checked and obtain my contacts and glasses at his store. This is my new favorite place for eye care for sure! Brady and Jeremy were both really helpful and personable, and they genuinely seem to care about doing what's best for each individual person and situation. The eye exam is quick but thorough, and Stephanie the eye technician is extremely personable and knowledgeable as well. They offer appointments but also do walk-ins, and they offer 2 or 3 different financing options and accept insurance, too. There's also a glasses club, contact club, and bogo glasses. I definitely plan on coming back!

Had an absolutely wonderful time! As soon as I got there, I was quickly checked in and began to start my VIRTUAL eye exam!! Had never experienced such amazing and advance equipment! Not to mention how professional and helpful Terrance was! I felt so welcomed and knew the staff was very trustworthy!! The other two staff members, wish I had gotten their name, spoke Spanish too! I strongly recommend everyone and anyone who is thinking about getting glasses/contacts or already has glasses/contacts to come here!! You will have all your questions answered in a way you understand!!! Very safe, clean, and outstanding environment!

The easiest eye appointment I've ever had, hands down! The staff was very professional and friendly. Ask for Brady if you want an honest about opinion on what frames look best on your face shape. Even though I didn't speak to an optometrist (virtually read my results), the technicians were able to thoroughly explain my prescription and answer my questions. And they're open on Saturday! Over all, excellent experience!
