Just had one of the most delightful experiences I've ever had at an ophthalmologist. I drove all the way from Pelham, Alabama because Dr. Anderson is the only Wiley ex optician that accepts VSP in the state of Alabama it appears. Today's appointment was so much more than just getting my eyes examined and glasses ordered. He took the time to discuss life, family, God, and salvation. These are the things in this lifetime that actually matter; what intended to be a quick order out of necessity with him being the only dealer for the glasses I want, who also accepts my insurance is now going to be a lasting relationship for me and my family. If you're looking for an eye doctor, that cares. For me and my family. If you're looking for an eye doctor that cares look no further don't let Miles keep you from having an unbelievable experience.

I needed to find a new eye care provider because my doctor retired. I asked people in my community about who they would recommend and Dr Anderson was one of them. I decided to schedule an appointment and my experience was excellent. Dr Anderson is a great eye doctor with care and compassion for patients. He is also very knowledgeable and has been in practice for over 40 years. I do not think he will ever retire because he's having fun helping others with their vision and I was wanting to find an optometrist who will be able to help me. Thanks for the excellent service and I believe I found the best place for my eye care.

I've went here my whole life and most the staff is nice however there aren't many frames to choose from and once when dr. Anderson was catching up with me AT AN APPOINTMENT I informed him my uncle (who he's know for many years because me my grandmother my uncle and 6 other siblings came here for 10+ years) was told he had only so much longer to live he said "has he died yet" promise you that was his exact words.

So disappointed I thought my family and I had found our new local eye place but due to a mix up with my frames and their no return policy we'll have to keep looking. Wasted my one pair a year insurance covered frames on a pair that weren't the ones I picked up and let them know and they said no returns so I guess I'm stuck with these.

I'd love to share my experience with Dr. Anderson and his staff... Wonderful!! I had been going to a top rated eye specialist for several years, who I didn't realize was giving me the incorrect lenses. Dr. Anderson fixed my issues and I and my family will see Dr. Anderson and his staff. I trust him fully with my eyes!

He first saw my Dad years ago when he was driving a lime truck and the hose exploded in his face. He made a point see my Dad on a Saturday whenever my Dad needed him. I have been using him for years. I love Dr. Anderson. He does an excellent exam on your eyes. He found cancer in my Dad's eye. I have never had a bad experience with him. My sister; her family and my husband all see him. We love Dr. Anderson.

Dr. Anderson is the best. His staff made me feel comfortable and he did an excellent thorough job on my eye exam. I ordered contacts and that was seamless. Thank you so much.

Great eye exam and the Dr. was awesome! My complaint is with the glasses themselves! After choosing from their limited selection with my eyes dilated, with little help from the glasses advisor. I get them home and have a constant headache, they are too tight and when I went in to have them adjusted it didn't seem to matter that I've had nothing but a headache from them being too tight and that they were too tight when I left... They said I could come back in and they would "tweak" them if the problem persists... not happy at all. So I guess I keep a headache or just go back to my old glasses??
