I don't leave reviews often, but I had to for this one. EyeCare Associates in Moody blew me away today. Dr. Hively and his staff are hands-down the kindest, most professional team I've ever encountered--and I've had a lot of eye appointments over the past 30+ years across the country. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel seen, valued, and genuinely cared for. They looked me in the eye, smiled, and treated me--and everyone else who walked through the doors--like human beings, not just patients. There was no pressure, no upselling--just honest, thoughtful, and genuine care. They didn't ask for a review or offer any kind of incentive--I just couldn't help myself. They deserve to be seen, honored, and given the business they so clearly earn every single day. If you're anywhere in the Birmingham area, they're 100% worth the drive. I'm just grateful they happen to be right here in my own backyard. Thank y'all so much! You really are the best.
