Muscle Shoals Eye Center

I had a great experience at Muscle Shoals Eye Center. They were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. I hadn't had an eye exam in many years, and the staff made me feel completely at ease. They took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions without rushing. Haley was especially wonderful--she was incredibly patient while helping me try on numerous frames and never made me feel pressured. She was also very understanding when I decided to order my glasses online, and she even took the time to answer a follow-up question when I called back later. Overall, excellent customer service and a very welcoming experience. I would definitely recommend them.

After over a month they finally got my glasses in. I was told two times that the lab they use lost my glasses. I would call every week for an update because they didn't update me at all expect when I called. They kept telling me it would take another week. Very dishonest especially for the amount of money I spent on two pairs. Did not even apologize or offer a discount for their mistakes. Will never do business here again.

Dr. Kachelman was patient, kind, and successful with my fussy 2 year old. Everyone on staff was welcoming and accomodating. Excellent service by excellent people.

They're incompetent. A year I got 3rd bill after paid in full. Argued repeatedly I was at wrong place to pick up my glasses with me telling them they spelled name wrong. This was on 2nd attempt because was told they was ready & wasn't after verifying twice on phone. Most incompetence I've ever seen in one place..

It is so nice to have an experience that deserves a five star review! This doesn't happen anywhere very often anymore! Everything went great with my visit to Muscle Shoals Eyecenter today! From the check-in to the doctor to the optician. Outstanding customer service and professional eye care!! Thank you!!

THEY NEVER EVER NEVER EVER EVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE !! Then you'll be on hold while the automated lady says "you're now caller #2" and so on , then when you get to number one , they say that the call can't be taken at that time and to leave a message !!! It used to be muscle shoals , but now it's florence too !! I shouldn't have to pop in to make an appt ! It's ridiculous !! CAUSE WHAT ARE YALL DOING FR ? Pisses me off !! I just called today , yday , & the day before to try to make an exam appt !! Yeah , i'm going back to Walmart , don't worry about it

I called Muscle Shoals Eye Center today to order more contacts. When my call was answered, the woman on the line asked for my information and confirmed that my account was associated with my mother's email, which I acknowledged. She said she would email me the link to order. I then clarified that I had already attempted this, but the link directed me to my mother's order and wouldn't let me access my own. Her response was, "Well if you gave me your own email then that would fix the problem." While I completely understand how using my personal email would resolve the issue, the tone she used was unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. This tone continued throughout the rest of the phone call. I'm currently living out of state and using my mother's email because I'm on her insurance, which has made things easier in the past. I fully admit that updating the email to my own would help moving forward, but it was disheartening to be spoken to in that manner while simply trying to resolve the issue. I expected a more professional and helpful interaction, and I'm disappointed in the level of customer service I received today.

Best customer service ever! The optician fixed my glasses perfectly on the first try! Such a personable and professional staff. Thank you all for going above and beyond in a world where that is no longer the norm!!
