Magnolia Place Eyecare LLC

This was my kiddos first time visiting an eye doctor and the entire staff made us feel like we've been coming for years. Shelly helped me booked the appointments and even called me back once she had a cancelation for a sooner date and made the paperwork process smooth. They were seen together, so I was able to be in the room with them both. Sam did great with talking to the kids while using advanced technology to capture their eye pressure and eye images. He then helped my daughter go over tons of eyewear shapes and colors. Ashley did amazing with the eye exam and used her calming voice to help them complete the eye exam and eye dilation. She's a real natural. Dr. Mullins Sr. had tons of jokes on deck for them. He explained to my kids why it's important to get eye exams, he went over Medicaid coverages, and offered help with classes for contact lenses if we choose that route. 10 out of 10. I can't wait for next year.

I was recommended to go there! Wow! ..... that's all can say. No I can say more I was treated so tenderly during my first doctors visit. And by the way this was my third time making/rescheduling an appointment. Mrs. Shelley made my life so easy and she did not 1 time get mad with me for calling back. Listen that meant a lot in a world to disconnect from human sympathy! So I met her, Dr. Nick, Sam,Ashley( we hugged ) and I think Sheryl she helped me pick out my beautiful frames!! They talked me thru everything, they showed me what they were looking for ( when examining my eyes) and what treatment is best! Oh and shout out to the Nurse who checked me out her and I got the same or almost the same frames!!! Again I hope I didn't leave anyone out ! Thank you Magnolia Place Eyecare

My wife has used Dr Mullins for years. She has always spoken very highly of him. I finally (after more than 10 years) had an exam by him and his staff, and ordered new glasses (photo coming soon to FB). Absolutely world class service. You will not find better eye care anywhere.

We are so lucky to have Magnolia Place Eye care in Tallassee. Such a comfortable place to go. Excellent staff that Dr. Mullins has put together.

Wanted to stay within tallassee. The convenience was not worth it. She said 10 days and my daughters glasses would be in. Not only has it been about 24 days, but I have never gotten anyone on that side on the phone to find out. And I always leave messages and only got one TEXT message back. No call back so I could ask questions. I finally had to drive all the way over there just to find out it would be next week. Another week. I understand things being delayed, but communication is important. It's respectful and conducts good business. At least make me FEEL likes my kids eye care needs matter. But on another note, the eye doctor himself was amazing. Very thorough. And knew his stuff. This is mostly speaking on the side you get fitted for your glasses and where you pick them up at.

Nice state of the art facility with a friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone my wife and I encountered were simply awesome. Very competent care!
