It was a first time appointment and the staff was very unprofessional. I was told we must wear a mask even though the government mandates have been lifted. Because we had to wait for our appointment, I asked could we shop for glasses while we waited. I was told by the staff that she would rather I wait because she had other things to do. While I was there an elderly lady with mobility issues came in and sat at the first available seat. She was told despite her mobility issues that she must move. I will not recommend them to anyone.

This was the WORST experience of my life!! This practice should be SHUT DOWN! I arrived before opening and left after 3 hours. I was only the 5th patient to be seen. I was forced to BUY a mask in 2023 then was not given my change until 10 minutes later. The receptionists seemed angry that I refused to sit down before receiving my change. When I finally saw the Dr. After 2 and a half hours, he treated me like I didn't know my own body. He told me that I was not experiencing pain. I only had a minor scratch on my cornea and allergies/itchy eye. He refused to discuss my previous eye injury and the fact that this has been an ongoing issue since said injury. He refused to discuss the vision decline in the irritated eye as well. He only spent 15 minutes in the room, most of which telling me to "put my big girl pants on" after he incorrectly poked my eyeball with the dye slip and tried to convince me to let him do it again. I told him he would have to swipe it across, not jab it and that didn't please him. I informed him I have always had light sensitively in both eyes bc they are very very light pigmented and he didn't believe me so he shined his brightest light in both eyes, I winced and shut my eyes. He asked what I felt and I told him it burned, stung, and made my head hurt, and he told me that that isn't pain. PLEASE GO SEE DR. HOLLIS IN WALMART. He is about a million times faster, nicer, and an office visit with no insurance is only $30. Or see LITERALLY ANY OTHER DOCTOR. This was the worst experience I've had in a professional setting in my entire life. This practice should be shut down.

The entire staff was such a delight!! I was very pleased with their customer service and professionalism. The doctor explained what he was doing and what my treatment will be moving forward. I really enjoyed myself.

Do not come here. Very slow, the appointment time they give you means nothing, equipment needs updating. Doctor is nice but it is not worth waiting all day when your appointment is at 9 AM and you leaving the office at 2:30 PM. Don't waste your time find another doctor to go to.

There is NEVER anyone there I just went for my first visit about 3 weeks ago. I was prescribed glasses that were suppose to be in 7-14 business days. I have left a message and called and no one seems to EVER be there!
