Homer Eyecare

I have been going to Homer Eyecare since 2005. The service is not only friendly but considerate of peoples needs for clear comminication and timely. They utilize texting in a personal and useful way. Automated responses have a personal and real time application. I called today and got a voice message that 'I called durring a team meeting and I could leave a message and they would get back to me after a spacific time.' I chose not to leave a message. I got a text follow up from them and I was able to handle my interaction to a succesful end over text. Every visit over the years has left me with better understanding of my eye health and its fun to hear about the training that the staff keep up on. I am pretty hard on glasses and these frames and lenses have lasted me 5 years. Getting my glasses adjusted has always been an easy walk in experience. It is clear that the people working at Homer Eye Care are making a living wage and are happy and engaged. I have really enjoyed my visits and I hope to find an office in Anchorage that lives up to the standard they have set.

they were able to get me in right away. reassured me my left eye was fine no retinol tear. did not check my R eye which oddly was weeping and very red, but prescribed me drops for the r eye. so glad they could get me in.

I appreciate that they explain what each machine does and how it can help determine my eye health while they are doing the tests. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

When my glasses broke in my hands while cleaning them, Homer Eye Care was on the ball! They sent them out for repair as they are the beautiful Lindberg frames. As I cannot function without something, and all of my old pairs burned in a house fire, they were amazing and made me a pair the SAME DAY so I could function! What an amazing team!
