I had stopped going to Kenai vision about 10 years ago due to really poor customer service, higher prices on their frames, and a general lack of enthusiasm for their customer base.
I went back today and was pleasantly surprised to find an amazing transformation.
Their customer service from the front desk, the technician who administered all of my testing, the doctor and the technician who assisted me with lenses and frames were terrific, knowledge, professional, and sincere.
These guys have their game on!!!

Absolutely horrible customer service! I purchased two pairs of glasses at full price as they were not able to honor the 50% discount on the second pair. When I went to pick them up I was informed that they were not able to add the clip-on sunglasses to the pair I had specifically ordered for that for that feature. They had refunded that cost. I refused accepting that pair as that was not what I had ordered. I was informed that there are no refunds on custom items. I understand that, but they were trying to deliver a partial and INCORRECT order, and justify it as "good enough". I should have been informed of the inability prior to the glasses being made and have been able to decline at that point. I will not do business with them again.

Doctors were very thorough and professional. The technicians that fit glasses were very pushy and annoying. The technician that was fitting glasses had horrible breath that almost made me get up and leave. The glasses that I brought were very expensive even after insurance.

They were wonderful with both me and my 2 yo son. They were very patient with his tantrums of hating the tests but got everything done and gave him a toy and stickers at the end. We will be back for both of our care in the future

I enjoyed my first time coming in to get my prescription. The staff was prompt and polite and I didn't have any hassle getting in and out. My only complaint would be that it was freezing in the building. Employees have heaters at their desks and that should be unacceptable. Please turn the heat up this winter for your employees and your customers. Otherwise, great experience.
