We love Dr. A and his entire staff. We previously went to another place in Fairbanks for a few years, but once we came here I knew that this was the only place I would take my children for their exams. Everyone is kind and thorough. Best eye center in the interior!!

The incredibly professional staff did a great job with all of my needs. They took the time to make sure I understood everything I needed to know about what was going on with my eyes.
The staff in optical helped me take the time to find a good frame from their amazing selection and explained in detail on how the billing and insurance would processed.
The Doctor made sure to answer any question I had during the exam. I don't think I would go anywhere else for my eye care needs.

What an amazing staff! Everybody is super nice and great at explaining what's going on. We've been having regular eye exams for years, and nobody has mentioned the problems I have with my eyes. I'm really glad he caught it and I'm underway to have it corrected. He's very patient and well mannered with my children as well. Highly recommend North Pole eye care!

Billing is not my only issue. Not trained to use the equipment they have took 40 mins to get the lady to take pictures of my eye . Most places it's about 10 minutes. Asked to get rid of my blue tinted lenses they said no problem then gave me back blue tinted lenses. The actual dr was nice though
