As a professional photographer, I am highly focused on my eyesight. As a first-time patient, I chose Vision Wellness after receiving recommendations. I am now convinced of their expertise. My experience was exceptional. The staff was highly professional and utilized state-of-the-art equipment. I opted for the camera method instead of dilating my eyes for the exam, despite the $39 cost that insurance does not cover. This method proved to be a valuable way to document my eyesight changes. Dr. Lee informed me that my prescription had not significantly changed in the past two years. However, he suggested comparing my current prescription with the new one. While the changes were minimal, they were substantial enough for me to warrant a new prescription. We also engaged in a comprehensive discussion about the potential benefits and drawbacks of contact lenses. I have previously worn them, and Dr. Lee assisted me in determining the most suitable product for my lifestyle and work requirements are eyeglasses. The fitting for the new glasses was also remarkable. Based on my professional needs, the technician adjusted the progressive "start and stop" aspect of the lenses to align for my specific requirements. This 2 mm adjustment was of great significance to me. A technician assured me that if I was not satisfied with the results, they would gladly redo the fitting. I had my annual vision checkup yesterday and scheduled the last appointment of the day at 4:40 PM. From the moment I arrived, everything ran smoothly. I was greeted promptly, given the necessary paperwork, and waited no more than four or five minutes before being taken back. The associate quickly confirmed my information and began the initial testing. Within two or three minutes of finishing, the doctor joined us. We reviewed my data from last year and completed the exam efficiently and thoroughly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes. The staff was excellent, the location is perfect for living in Victory, and I will definitely be back

Doctor Brendan was very informative and helpful. Extremely polite and considerate. Listened to our concerns and gave us positive direction with consideration to such. Jackie was very nice, polite, respectful and too very helpful as she explained each process and what the equipment did to obtain the necessary information for the doctor. Overall this office is way above most that we have visited and definitely will be recommending them to all we know. This office gets all (A's) in my book. Thank you

The lady at the front desk was very friendly and professional. The lady who did my testing before the optometrist was thorough, friendly and professional. The optometrist was very thorough and answered all my questions. My only problem was the price of their eye glass selection. They were extremely pricy. They need some more affordable options.

Overall great experience! Everyone was incredibly helpful. Easy check in process and very peaceful setting. Dr. Hirstein was great. Very helpful and answered all my questions. We will certainly be back.

I had a great experience at this office. The staff was friendly, and the assistant was very pleasant and welcoming. Dr. Hirstien was thorough, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. This was my first visit, and I'm so glad I decided to make the move here.

My experience at Vision Wellness on Verado was excellent. Staff from front desk all the way up to the doctor was very helpful, professional and took the time explain every question I asked while making sure that I left both informed and concern free about my future vision.
