Have always been pleased with the outcome of my glasses. the staff there are very well equipped with the proper knowledge of setting up the prescription perfectly in my frames. they have always been very friendly and easy to work with. Was a little nervous about a new Eye doctor, but found Dr. Haws just as thorough as Dr. Heap.

I have been traveling from the valley to see Dr. Haws because he is the only person that is able to get my prescription correct with my astigmatism. I would have continued to travel to see him, however I have never been to the office without trouble with the front office lady who disregards what I tell her about my insurance and seems to have trouble with my account every time. My last visit I had to call my insurance myself while in the office because she did not attempt to find my insurance company because it wasn't one of the popular programs. Not worth the ridiculous hassle anymore as my contacts never were shipped even though they guaranteed it'd only be a couple days- more than two weeks later and I called the office to check and no one had shipped them. Dr. Haws is personable, takes time to teach, great with kids and takes the time to be honest and clear about the state of my vision and my options as well as things to anticipate moving forward.

The staff was extremely helpful and personable. Dr. Haws was professional and engaging. He genuinely did a thorough exam detecting past concerns and possible future eye problems. Beat if all I was given time and patience in choosing my first pair of glasses. Highly recommend the personal, friendly and professional staff.

Purchased new glasses, Presented my insurance card, They glanced at it and told me that I did not have coverage, so I paid cash. After talking to my Insurance agent a few weeks later I found out I was covered and they had billed my insurance too. I got a call the next day from them offering me a refund and claiming I did not give them my insurance card. I went in and they handed me a check. I asked them for cash since I had paid with cash and they refused. Told me to go to their bank and cash it. It cost me eight dollars to cash their check. having the woman talk down to me on the phone and again when I went to get the check, a trip to the bank and losing eight dollars of my refund , a one star review is the best that I can give them. I will not use their business again.

I have been wearing progressive lenses for about 20 years and this is the first prescription that has felt totally right. Dr. Haws was very thorough and the staff out front very helpful. Although they have a great selection of frames, it was suggested by them that they put the news lenses in my old frames, saving money.

We went in for my son he has autism and the front desk, the staff, and the doctor caught ALL of my sons triggers so quickly I'm so impressed with them it was amazing they redirected as needed got his vision tested quickly and all very polite and respectful to my son. Takes alot for me to say wow !! But yes wow !! Couldn't be happier!! Go there for your vision needs.

My 3 year old was having issues with one of her eyes turning inwards since she was 1.5 yrs old. Two other doctors on the mountain basically told me they couldn't do anything until after she was 3. We moved near dr heap recently so i made am appt. He made me feel so comfortable, was very gentle/calm in voice & spirit and after (surprisingly) very little crying, my normally VERY shy daughter was quietly answering questions (but answering nonetheless!) and letting the Dr use the machines to test her eyes. He didnt hesitate to try as many as she would let him, which i appreciated since my daughter is so young. We got an Rx for glasses and she is so excited to get them. She asks daily if they called yet, and when we are gonna go back to see the little lights (one of the tests lol). Picking the frames and knowing was covered by my insurance was super easy and straight forward, payment was easy... we will continue to be patients of Dr heap, and my husband will be sent there next =)

All of the staff are very courteous and helpful. I was offered all available options for my glasses and told about possible upgrades for my lenses. They even offered a towel to dry off my motorcycle seat because it was raining!
