Robin at the Post Exchange Vista Optical Shop is always a pleasure to see. She maintains such a cheerful attitude, even in the afternoon when many people are tired. She's consistently willing to help with adjustments to my glasses whenever needed. Her friendly personality and willingness to assist make the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Truly great customer service!

Robin, the sales technician, was friendly, meticulous, knowledgable, and generally awesome. She double checked the measurements before ordering my new glasses and adjusted the fit upon pickup. I also got an excellent price.

She listened attentively to my concerns and provided tailored solutions by offering local optometrists who would accept Tricare. Additionally, she took the time to explain each option for my daughter's glasses and ensured a proper fit for her current glasses. I greatly appreciate Robin's professionalism and dedication to providing a seamless and stress-free experience.

Pretty bad customer service. They were not willing to help me fill a prescription from out of state that was still good. I had already talked to the attrition from out of state and they were willing to fax over the prescription to their office. However Robin the name of the person at Sierra Vista Optical was unwilling to receive a fax stating that my prescription was still good.

I've been going to this optician for nearly 20 years now, especially since Arlette, manager, takes my order, and remembers mine and remembers me and attentive to details, and tries to cater to my unique needs. For about 20 years she's been managing my optical needs spot on.

Thanks to the professionals at Vista Optical I have no need to drive all the way to Tucson Costcos. This eye / glasses business was right above my nose ! At our PX. Thank you Robin!
