If I could give zero stars they are more than deserving. Ordered my glasses Jan 29th. Waited over 2 weeks. No follow up calls. Called and left a message. No return call. So I waited. A month later I finally get someone on the phone and they tell me the order never went through. Thanks for following up with the manufacturer. Thanks for following up with me. Lame people who can't do their job. Never going back. Demanded a refund

The lady receptionist is not very nice. This is the 2nd time she's had a nasty attitude with me. I've been going to Stuart's since 2000, and this is the 2nd visit with the same receptionist in two years who has come off so dam rude. Man something gotta give, management needs to have a talk with her, or their gonna lose business. I'm seriously thinking of taken
my business elsewhere. The doctors, eye tech, and eye glass fitting tech are phenomenal though. The receptionist there now needs learn to be nicer.

I'm from out of town passing through and my glasses broke. I stopped to see if they could do anything to help fix and they took the time to fix them with temporary ear pieces in 10 mins and wouldn't take any money for their time and fixing. Very friendly people I highly recommend them!
