I absolutely loved my experience with Dr. Adam's. I did not like the overcrowding of the wait room or the hour wait to be seen even with the online check in and kiosk. Previous years after your exam you were asked to pick and order your glasses or contacts right after your exam. Now you have to sign in and wait to be called for optical which wasn't explained at the beginning of the visit. What was a short visit in the past is now a more than 2 days to complete procedure having to call off work. The main receptionist was rude and short and lacked customer service skills. The rest of the staff was amazing including the doctor they are the reason for the 5 stars.
