I can't say enough great things about Webb Eye Care! The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and professional, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish. It's a great place for families - they were so patient and engaging with my 4 year old during her first eye exam! The clinic is clean, welcoming, and efficiently run. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for top-notch, family-friendly eye care!

My son said he felt like they treated him like a person and not like a baby. They asked him all the questions and not me, his mom. They also let him pick and tell which frames he liked. They gave him a price range for my insurance. We absolutely love Dr. Webb and All nurses, the ladies that check you in and out and the receptionist are very friendly and helpful. I have always received excellent care and courtesy. Dr Webb goes above and beyond with his patients to do his best to ensure they are getting the care they need. I walked in the door for my annual eye exam and walked out an hour later. During that time, I received a very thorough eye exam, chose new frames in their optical shop and ordered new glasses. I'm a very satisfied customer!

The whole process was great. The doctor and nurses didn't try to lavish me with expensive jokes, their power generators work flawlessly, and they prevented me (with the use of almost no syllables at all) from choosing the Jeffery Dahmer style bifocals. I've found my eye doctor. Thanks!

Dr. Webb and his staff are fantastic! I was visiting from out of town and had an emergency need to be seen. They fit me in and I received very thorough care and the doctor explained reasoning behind my eye issues, which I was grateful for. The front desk staff and optometry assistants were very kind, accommodating and helpful. Very highly recommend this practice! Thanks Webb Eye Care!!

This place is incompetent. Gave them my insurance card, they did an eye exam on my 7 yr old called me a couple of weeks later to tell me glasses are ready to be picked up. I go to pick them up and they then tell me they don't take my insurance and I would have to pay full price. SCAM!! They have like 2 thirteen year old girls running the place. What a complete waste of my vacation days. They didn't even say they were sorry. They acted like I was the crazy one!! Do not go here!!!!!!!!! What a complete waste of my time!!

My neice and I both needed eye exam and glasses. Was able to book both of our appointments together and was seen in a timely manner. There was a problem with find nieces Insurance and the girls up front took their time to work out the problem rather than make her do the work. The girl's were very helpful in helping me pick out some frames that fit my face and my budget. Will for sure use them again in the future !!

Very friendly staff. Dr. Webb is very nice answered all of my questions. Addressed my astigmatism, no eye doctor has ever done that. They always tell me I have it but I already knew that. They are my new eye care professionals.

Let's talk about Webb Eye Care, shall we? Dr. Webb, oh boy, what a character! Now, don't get me wrong, he's not terrible, but let's just say he's not the most thorough or informative doctor out there. My husband and I decided to get our eye exams done there, ordered new glasses, and paid our bills accordingly. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, not quite. Here's the deal: my dear husband paid his bill in full, while I opted for a payment plan. This left me with a measly balance of 28 dollars to pay before or on the day I received my new glasses. Three weeks went by, and guess what? My husband's glasses arrived, but mine were nowhere to be seen. No worries, I thought, I'll just pay off my balance and wait a little longer. Another week and a half passed, and still no sign of my precious glasses. Can you imagine the frustration? It had been over a month since my initial visit, and I couldn't help but feel uneasy. So, I mustered up the courage to call and inquire about my missing eyewear. Little did I know, this simple phone call would turn into a whirlwind of confusion and disbelief. The person on the other end had the audacity to tell me that I had already picked up my glasses. Can you believe it? I hadn't set foot in that place since the day I paid my balance. I pleaded with her, explaining that I hadn't received my glasses, but she simply brushed me off and hung up. Outrageous! I couldn't let this injustice stand, so I called back, determined to set things right. But, it was the same story each time. They insisted I had picked up my glasses, and I couldn't prove otherwise. The frustration grew, and tears welled up in my eyes. The audacity of the person on the other end was simply unfathomable. And then the very next day, guess what? My glasses finally arrived. But did I get any apologies? Nope, not a single one. It's safe to say that I will never, ever go back to that place again.
