The staff is always friendly and easy to talk to. They take the time to answer all of my questions and give honest, straightforward answers, which I really appreciate. Wait times have always been reasonable. They're also the only local place that offers Neurolens, which I highly recommend if you spend a lot of time in front of a computer screen. It's definitely worth it.

My husband and I had our first visit with Dr. Skye Petty today. It was, by far, the best experience. From the moment I called to make our appointment until we checked out today, it was awesome! Dr. Petty is easy to talk to. Their staff is great! I 100% recommend!!

The staff here are really fantastic - they go out of their way to make sure you feel welcomed, appreciated and cared for. Dr. S. Petty is gentle, not in a rush, listens to your concerns and answers your questions in a way that you understand. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

The wonderful ladies working with my 4 year old were amazing! So friendly and all smiles! They made my daughter feel comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience Centerton Family Eyecare. The scheduling practices are highly unprofessional and incredibly frustrating. Appointments are not managed properly, resulting in excessive and irresponsible wait times that show a clear lack of respect for patients' time. There seems to be very little interest in patient care beyond simply filling the schedule. Communication is also extremely poor notification practices regarding appointments are unreliable and disorganized. Patients are not properly informed of changes or issues, yet are somehow held responsible when scheduling problems occur. What was especially upsetting is a charge of $35 re-scheduling fee for something that was not our fault. It is unreasonable to penalize patients for errors or miscommunication that originate from the office. Additionally, when calling or texting the office to resolve concerns, the staff displayed zero empathy toward patient needs. The tone and approach felt dismissive and indifferent, which only added to the frustration. Healthcare offices should prioritize compassion and understanding, but that was completely lacking here. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, impersonal, and financially unfair. I would strongly encourage improvements in scheduling accountability, patient communication, and staff professionalism.

We had the best experience taking our kids for their first eye exam. Dr. Megan was comprehensive, patient, and explained everything in great detail. I felt she was very focused on us as patients, and her nurse was super patient with my youngest child, who is barely three and needed images, etc. It was a great experience - it's a long drive for us from Cave Springs but we were recommended this spot by our pediatrician for great pediatric eye care and I'm so glad we listened. Worth the drive for top notch care!

Highly recommend Centerton Family Eyecare! My first visit as a new patient today and I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Coffee and her entire staff! My appointment was (mostly) on time and VERY efficient. Everyone from the front desk to pretesting to optical was friendly and professional. Dr. Skye has been our family eye doctor for a few years now, and I can't recommend him enough. Whether it's routine exams or when I come in with specific concerns, he always takes the time to really listen and answer all my questions. He explains everything in detail going through reports and making sure I actually understand what's going on with my eyes, not just rushing through the appointment. What I appreciate most is how comfortable he makes you feel. He's incredibly down to earth and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients, not just going through the motions. The staff are just as welcoming and friendly, which makes the whole experience pleasant from check-in to check-out. The office itself is professional and has a nice waiting area. They also have a great selection of frames if you need new glasses. If you're looking for an eye doctor in the NWA area, this is the place.
