Dr Vance was amazing. We took my 14 month old twins to get a vision check. They previously had retinopathy of prematurity so they are semi complex patients. He was extremely knowledgeable while also explaining things in a way we could understand. He was amazing with our toddlers. Very kind and patient while also being thorough. Everyone in the office was very friendly. They accepted my twins TEFRA Medicaid insurance so it was also no cost to us

Got glasses from them, they aren't tinted, they don't have the transition, the VA paid for it all so they got their money and ran. Nobody has tried to fix this and they've just laughed it off because they already got their money from the VA

I've never seen such a caring, and well managed staff of ophthalmologists, optometrists, and opticians. The love of Christ is all up in this place, and in these days that is an added bonus. They do every single thing they can to make their patients comfortable from the minute they walk in, to the minute they walk out. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for eye doctors and assistants who really care about the way you want to be treated.
