We had a great experience here with our kiddos. We were skeptical at first switching eye doctors but we had the best experience. From the time we walked in we were greeted & helped right away. Everyone there was super sweet and professional. The lady who helped my kids get glasses was so patient when my son was being difficult. I was so embarrassed when he was being picky with glasses and she was absolutely amazing and so helpful she kept us laughing. Dr. Netzel did so well with my kids & answered our questions. My husband and I plan to switch our eye doctors & use this clinic and Dr. Netzel when we are due for our next appointment. Highly recommend this office.

Best eye care clinic we have ever been to! The staff is warm, welcoming, and very accommodating. Great atmosphere and experienced docs/staff that run it like a well oiled machine. I have full faith that we will continue to get great care here. Thank you!!!

Kind of disappointed because I have no insurance and dumped $280 in an exam for my daughter to get contacts. Walked away with a -0.75 Rx. My girl kept getting headaches and seeing double. Took her to Cherokee nation and had a thorough exam. She walked away with a +0.75 Rx and BIFOCALS. The service was awful. We felt rushed by doctor Kate. She seemed very cold and annoyed with us. I use to come here for my eye needs, but will defer in the future. It takes little effort when it comes to customer service. Even a smile is appreciated.

I always select the "hometown" business rather than the nationwide corporation, but I sure struck out on this one. Argh! I stopped in to purchase sunglasses today because they said that I could do so anytime after my previous exam. The front receptionist was welcoming and affirmed that I could, indeed, be served right away, and she motioned me into the glasses area. I walked out without purchasing after about 40 minutes of tolerating the snarky, seething, unhelpful, I-wish-you'd-go-away huffing, antagonistic treatment by a young woman in the glasses area. She couldn't (or wouldn't because I was cutting into her lunch time maybe?) answer any questions or offer any details. When she got visibly upset, huffed again, and told me that she needed to call her husband to tell him that she would be "late" (because I was taking too long and wanted to add frames to my purchase after she had FINALLY explained warranty and insurance coverage to me), I picked up my purse and left.

That ridiculous how after I gone them keep call to try reschedule appointment after them ne er fixed my glass mu come 1 week after I get them and was very big for my face and then just try o bend the feet but don't work after that I got broken by accident and them said the warranty don't. Cover ridiculous customers service.

Great doctor and staff. Took time to answer questions and didn't rush us during our appointments.

I've been dealing with an eye injury and they have been so great with working me in, and helping me feel better. Front desk, techs and Dr Cate have all been great! Can't recommend more. -Rachel Hernandez

I gave them many chances, and every single time, they screwed up! For me personally, it took them 3 tries and 2 months to get my glasses correct. They were not complicated glasses, either! For one of my children, they would not renew his contacts without an exam, so they told us to get the exam. We went in to get the exam. We did everything they told us to do. When it came to ordering the contacts, we were not allowed to do so because our insurance would not allow it for 3 more months. They could have told us that when we made the eye appointment! I gave them one more chance today to make things right, and a similar thing happened again today regarding my son and his contacts. Never, ever taking my family back to this place!
