The service was great but who ever the Patel group is only care about profit. They could not care less for the regular working people and the ability to afford vision care for the elderly and children alike. They pretend to honor insurance but they do not care about insurance and no matter what the insurance is it makes absolutely difference in the cost. My true feelings are much stronger but I refuse to be inappropriate in sharing my opinion. For anyone on a budget please explore providers such as Warby Parker. You will be able to meet your needs for several hundreds less than Lense Crafters. The service is just as good and for two pairs of glasses you will be saving 1500 dollars. We all need to advocate for change when it comes to health and find companies that put people first over insane profit margins.
