I love the LensCrafters inside Macy's at Victoria Gardens. The optometrist Joanne Nasser was very patient with me and was able to teach me how to wear contacts. I've tried several times with other optometrist's and was never able to get it down. The assistant's that work there also are kind and patient. They always help me find the perfect pair of glasses and for the first time in my 59 years I was able to wear progressive's. They showed me how to move my eyes and head so I don't get dizzy. This is my second year coming here and as long as they keep the same employees, I'll continue going. My husband now goes there as well! Experience was excellent!
