One side of the nosepiece on my sunglasses had broken and I asked Don, who was sitting at the desk if it could be fixed. He said yes and please come back in 20 minutes. I did so and the sunglasses fixed perfectly. I was prepared to pay for this service but Don said no charge. Super nice- I really appreciated his time and effort.

They were amazing. I walked up to them. I had a pair of glasses of mine that were brought know we're broken that my dog stepped on and they said give me 1520 minutes I fixed they fixed it and didn't charge me anything they would do you call it the amazing customer service they they just told me to give them a Google review on here so I wanna give them a glowing review. They're amazing.

After a running faceplant takedown by my large dog, I needed my non-LensCrafters glasses adjusted, cleaned and re-aligned. Before addressing the repair however, she sincerely asked how I was doing since I still had a large bandage on my scalp and a black eye. After assuring her I was fine, she then did an excellent job fully repairing my glasses and fitting them to my Halloween-mask-like face. Thank you Abbey and LensCrafters!
