Omg! Such a kind and patient office! Dr. Alex was AMAZING. Today was my first time getting prescription contacts.He was extremely thorough with all the information I needed. Dr. Alex was sooo cool and funny too. I only want to book future appointments with him. He made me feel come and comfortably. There was also a young lady who sid my eye exams... I think her mame was... Martha. She was so kind and patient with me too and made me feel calm. Hollie, who works in the front was AWESOME. I had some trouble trying to practice putting in and out my contacts, but she was immensely sweet and kind to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. I left my appointment fully knowledgeable of my benefits, cost, and how to properly install and clean my contacts. Dr. Alex, Hollie, and Martha made DAY! I can finally see without my glasses Thank you all for a pleasant experience

Buena Vista Eyecare Adelanto is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in, the entire team made us feel so welcome and comfortable. The staff is professional, patient, and incredibly kind. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood every step of the exam. You can tell they truly care about their patients! The office is clean, organized, and has a great selection of glasses to choose from. Our whole family left feeling confident and well taken care of. Ive been going to Buena Vista Eyecare for over 10 years. Always a great experience. Optometrist are knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. They have an awesome variety of eyewear. It was quite the surprise when I was told there is now a 4% fee to use a credit or debit card. Not happy about it.

I've been taking both my daughters and myself to Buena Vista for care and they have been very good to us. The staffs are both friendly and very professional.

My kids and I love our experiences we have had with the whole staff. Very accommodating, very knowledgeable and very welcoming.

I was just in to get a new pair of glasses. I was told a glaucoma test was covered by my insurance. I told the girl have glaucoma. She said it's paid for and it will help the doctor to see behind the eye. So I said ok. The other problem I had was I have implants in my eyes. I told the optometrist that I had glaucoma too. He said sometimes the implants do not work with lens in the glasses. He said if I knew the type you have i could see if they would be ok. So the next day came back and gave the young lady the model number of the implants for the right and left eye. I told her please let the doctor know because the lens might nit work. If they cannot work then I won't order the glasses. She said she gave the information to the doctor. I went to pick up my glasses and sure enough I could not read through them . The young lady said wear them for a week. I told her I would fall or get in a wreck if I drove with them on. So I asked for a refund. I got a refund for the lens,$15. The $39 I did not get due to my insurance did not cover it. I tried to tell her that Iwas told it was by the person who gave me the exam. I take responsibility for not knowing my insurance coverage. I've been there twice before years ago no problem but all different people now. Just know your Insurance Calready. I was told over tge phone they do not take Medicare. But when I was picking out my frames the lady said that for Medicare pacient? Go figure. I don't think they are trained the same for knowing.
