A very nice optometry office. Doctors are knowledgeable and patient. The office staff is always welcoming. It is easy to get appointments within few weeks. The office has good selection of frames; carrying designer brands such as dior. Kate spade, tory burch, rayban, oakley, as well as some cheaper ones. The frames start at mid 100s and can go all the way up to 400-500$. I had issues with my progressive glasses and they sent them for adjustment. When I got contacts for the first time, they were very patient with me with the fitting.

I love Aliso Optometry. I have been a patient of Aliso Optometry since I first lived in this area and everybody in the office is extremely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and work hard to make my patient experience extremely enjoyable. When I need to make an appointment or order contact lenses, they pick up the phone right away if I call or if they don't pick up the phone, respond quick to my voice mail messages. They are open on Saturdays so it is very convenient to go in for an eye exam or pick up glasses or contact lenses. They have an excellent selection of contact lenses and glass frames and always keep me updated on the newest contact lenses available. I am extremely happy to have such a reliable and friendly optometry office to care for my eyes.

Lisette -- remember the name! This place and its team are absolutely amazing, but Lisette truly made the experience unforgettable. I came in to get prescription glasses for my dad, and right away, the front desk staff greeted us with warm smiles -- we instantly felt at ease. Then Lisette, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, came over and offered to help us pick out frames. My dad had a bunch of questions, and she answered every one of them with patience and real expertise and honesty. Thanks to her, we found a pair he genuinely loved. Later that same day, I actually came back for myself because I had my eye on some sunglasses. Once again, Lisette -- along with Jazlyn -- helped me out. And just like before, AMAZING. She made sure I felt taken care of, walked me through all the lens options, explained the discounts I qualified for, and didn't miss a single detail. I couldn't be happier with the service. Huge thanks to the whole team -- and an extra shoutout to Lisette.

I came to AV Optometry at the recommendation of a close friend but only to get a second opinion. I was so pleased with my experience with Doctor Chu who listened to me, spoke plainly and comfortably that I made them my new optometrist. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. The appointment was very thorough, making me feel confident that my glasses were going to be exactly what I needed. The staffing is very knowledgeable when it came to my insurance and made sure I got what I needed at the best deal possible. I've been going to Aliso Optometry to see Dr. Warren for the past few years. She's a great optometrist, very personable. She offers reasonable suggestions for dry eyes and other minor issues. She walks her patients through their current test results and prescription care.
